At NAVEE, we stand behind the quality of our electric mobility products and offer a 30-day return window for items in original condition. We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every ride, providing a seamless process for any necessary hardware returns or exchanges.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the serial number of your NAVEE device to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare for Shipping
Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, chargers, and manuals to ensure the item is protected during transit.
- 3.Dispatch the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at the designated courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
